Registration For Men's Basketball League Now Open

(BEDFORD) - The Bedford Parks Department is now taking registration for the 2017 Parks Department Men’s Basketball league.

Games will be played on Wednesday evenings at Bedford & Shawswick Middle Schools. Listed below is pertinent
information about the league.

Starting Date: November 8 th (tentative date)
Games Played: 12 game season
Game Times: 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30 pm
Cost: $150.00 per team
Entry Deadline: October 27th

Rosters and league fee must be turned in by the deadline to have a team in the league. For more information please contact the Park Department at 275-5692.

The following are rules and regulations that must be followed:

Absolutely no fighting - Zero Tolerance - Automatic team player suspensions from league and all park athletic leagues.
North Lawrence Community Schools Facilities - All rules and regulations must be followed at all times.
No food can be brought into any gymnasium at anytime.
Scorekeepers - These individuals are in charge, any arguing or disruption in games can and could result in game being called and player suspensions.
This is an adult Men's league; players must be 15 years of age to participate.
Games will be played with no referees. Fouls are to be called accordingly and players are to be responsible.
