(JACKSON CO.) - There’s good news for motorists traveling State Road 58.
A new bridge at Bee Creek in western Jackson County - located three miles west of State Road 135 - is scheduled to open to traffic Wednesday, November 22.
A new bridge at Buck Creek in northeast Jackson County - located 4.32 miles east of State Road 258 - is now open.
The new single-span structure adjacent to C.R. 1075 at Buck Creek has been constructed by Milestone Contractors as part of a 3-bridge $1.1 million project. HIS Constructors built the 62-foot-long bridge located between Kurtz and Norman Station at Bee Creek as part of a 2-bridge $954,355 project.
