(BLOOMINGTON) - The City of Bloomington’s Department of Housing and Neighborhood Development (HAND) will host four Home Buyers Club classes in 2018. The popular two-part class helps potential first-time home buyers understand and overcome the obstacles involved in realizing the goal of homeownership.
Presenters will include HAND's HUD-certified housing counselor and local real estate industry professionals.

Each class meets from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for the first Saturday session and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for the second Saturday session.
Income-eligible participants who complete the classes can apply for up to $5,000 of down payment and closing cost assistance from HAND. For more information about the down payment and closing cost assistance, visit bloomington.in.gov/housing/home-buyers-club.
