(SALEM) - A routine traffic stop leads to a drug arrest in Salem.
Salem City Police Officer Mike Voelz initiated a traffic stop on Monday night and was assisted by Washington Police Department Deputy Paul Ginkins and his K-9, Leny.
As a result of the investigation, police arrested 37-year-old Elisha R. Rainbolt of Salem on charges of possession of meth, unlawful manufacture distribution or possession with the intent to manufacture a substance represented to be a controlled substance, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
