(BEDFORD) - More than 120 items were auctioned off at the 25th annual LIFE Fantasia Saturday at the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence County.
The top seller was a tree decorated by Williams Carpenter Realty decorated in vintage ornaments that sold for $3,000. The tree also earned first place and won People's Choice in the voting. The tree was purchased by Bedford Federal Savings Bank.
The unofficial total raised for LIFE was $36,281, just shy of last years total of $37,328. The money raised will help LIFE which operates a food pantry in both Bedford and Mitchell help families in need.
