(UNDATED) - Father Rick Eldred of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church is asking the public to pick an angel off of the Angels of Blessing Trees.
The trees are located at Rural King and Good Sports in Bedford and Ben Franklin/Ace Hardware in Mitchell.
Father Rick says with just a few weeks to go until Christmas it is imperative the public finds it in their hearts to brighten a child's Christmas by picking an angel and purchasing a gift.
"There are plenty of little angels in need of gifts this holiday season and we don't want them to not have a gift for Christmas," he added.
