(SPRINGVILLE) - A Springville man was arrested on multiple warrants after he allegedly injured a female and juvenile during a domestic fight on Nov. 29th.
Greene County Sheriff's deputies arrested 27-year-old Larry Aynes on Dec. 15th on charges of domestic battery, domestic battery in the presence of a child, battery on a juvenile less than 14-years-old, criminal confinement and interference with the reporting a crime.
The incident began on Nov. 29th after Aynes allegedly arrived at a home in the 11190 block of East Robins Nest Drive drunk and started an argument.
According to a Greene County Superior Court probable cause affidavit, the woman left with her two children and went to a family member's home. She returned later to the house she shared with Aynes to pack some belongings for her and the children.
While she was in the bedroom packing, Aynes returned to the home.
The female told police Aynes pushed her down on the hallway floor and proceeded to punch her in the back of the head with a closed fist five times. He then put his hand on top of her head and started to twist her neck. She then bit Aynes on the upper thigh to get away. As she attempted to flee, Aynes allegedly pushed her into a kitchen table breaking it.
The female was able to throw a black trash bag with their belongings out the front door and told the children to leave the home. Aynes alleged followed the three out of the home and began yelling at the children to get back inside.
As the three ran towards the road, the female heard the younger juvenile yell "You're hurting me."
The female turned around and found the younger child lying on the ground crying.
Aynes allegedly then pushed he female into a ditch and attempted to take her cell phone as she called police and threw it into the yard breaking it. He then got off the female and walked back into the home.
Police say both the female and two children were treated at the scene and their injuries were photographed.
Aynes had fled the home.
Police found the house in disarray, the table broken, clothes thrown about and a closet door broken.
Warrants were issued for Aynes arrest.
He is being held in the Greene County Jail on a $13,000 surety bond with 10 percent allowed.
