(BEDFORD) - A Williams man was injured in a one-vehicle crash on Pumphouse Road on Saturday night.
According to a Bedford Police report, 45-year-old Mitchell Nusbaum, was traveling east on Pumphouse Road and approaching Redman Drive in his 2011 Ford F-250 when he ran his truck off the left side of the road striking a Duke Energy electric pole .
Police say Nusbaum had the odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath and person and his eyes were blood shot and he was unsteady on his feet.
He was given a protable breath test at the scene what was positive for alcohol.
Nusabaum complained of back pain was taken by ambulance to IU Health Hospital for treatment and a blood alcohol test. That blood sample was sent to the IU Department of Toxicology and those results are pending. A warrant was requested for Nuasbaum's arrest pending the results of that test.
