(UNDATED) - It’s Girl Scout Cookie season in Central Indiana.
Girls are taking orders now and those that order will receive their cookies the week of Jan. 29.
The cookies will be sold until the middle of March. The cost is $4 per package for all cookie varieties except Girl Scout S'mores and Toffee-tastic, which are $5 per package and available in limited quantities. For those who want to find cookie booths in the area, they can visit http://cookielocator.littlebrownie.com/.
Those who want to order cookies can call Becky Mundy at (812) 583-6400.
When you buy a box of Girl Scout Cookies, you help power new, unique, and amazing experiences for every awesome G.I.R.L. (Go-getter, Innovator, Risk-taker, Leader)™ in your community who sells these purpose-filled treats, according to a press release from the organization.
This year, the Girl Scout S'mores cookies are making a comeback. The cookies were the most popular Girl Scout cookies in the past 100 years.
There are eight different cookies for purchase. Those cookies are the Do-si-dos, Girl Scout S'mores, Samoas, Savannah Smiles, Tagalongs, Thin Mints, Toffee-tastic and Trefoils.
