(BLOOMFIELD) - A Greene County man has agreed to a plea deal leaving him guilty of two counts of child molesting.
According to court records 18-year-old Taylor Weddle will be sentenced to four years in prison and then placed on probation for several years. He will also have to register as a sex offender.
The sentencing is set for February 28 at 9:15 a.m.
Bloomfield police arrested Taylor Weddel after they received information about the incident through a Facebook message on July 3.
Police say that Weddel admitted on July 1 that he had sex with one female and another had performed oral sex on him.
Weddel told police he was in his room lifting weights and listening to music while another family member and her friends (who were spending the night) were in an adjoining room.
After finishing his workout, Weddel says he shut off his music, laid on his bed and a short time later one of the girls entered his room and started rubbing on his groin area atop of his jeans. Weddle told police he and the minor began having sexual intercourse.
That stopped and the girl went back into the other room and a second girl entered his room a short time later and began rubbing on him and performed oral sex on Weddel.
One of the girls told police that Weddel and the two girls had been talking in person and through social media about having a threesome together.
The minor told police she was staying the night with Weddle's family member and after receiving messages through social media, she entered Weddel's bedroom and the two talked about their lives.
The girl told police they moved closer together and Weddel began rubbing her back and running his hands through her hair. The two then began hugging and kissing.
The girl told police the two then had sex. The girl then asked Weddel to stop, which he did and she left the bedroom.
That is when the second girl entered Weddel's room and performed oral sex on him.
The first girl then told her mother about the incident and reported the incident to police.
During an interview with the second girl, she told police that a family member had observed Weddel have sex with the first girl. She told police that when the first girl came back into the room she had stated "That was good" and that was when the second girl told police she then went into Weddel's room.
The oral sex allegedly only lasted a few minutes before the second minor began having second thoughts and stopped.
After the sexual contact, Weddel went to sleep and the girls stayed in a different room watching Netflix the rest of the night.
