(WASHINGTON) - Washington Police arrested a Loogootee woman Tuesday on charges of possession of marijuana, resisting law enforcement and battery on a law enforcement officer.
According to jail records, 19-year-old Cloe Hopkins is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
