(SULLIVAN) - A Sullivan man was arrested on Sunday after police accuse him of performing two burglaries and breaking into a car.
Police arrested 24-year-old Kyle Wilson after he allegedly broke into a home southeast of Sullivan while the elderly female homeowner was still inside.
Police say Wilson is also responsible for the burglary of a home on South State Street in Sullivan as well as smashing a car's window with a hammer near Section and Silver streets.
Deputies were able to arrest Wilson three hours after the first burglary was reported.
Wilson is facing two counts of burglary while armed with a deadly weapon; two counts of burglary of a dwelling; two counts of residential entry and one count of criminal mischief.
Wilson was booked into the Sullivan County Jail on $10,000 bond.
