(EDINBURGH) - Two men were arrested after police received a report of a possible intoxicated driver on US 31 in Edinburgh early this morning.
According to Bartholomew County Police, a deputy found the vehicle traveling north on US 31 about 2 a.m. and discovered the vehicle had been reported stolen out of Fort Wayne.
The driver 25-year-old Cody Slaughter of Michigan City has a suspended driver's license and was intoxicated. He is facing charges of receiving stolen property and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
His passenger, 35-year-old Christopher Jackey, of Salem, was also arrested on a charge of receiving stolen property.
