(BEDFORD) - At 5:30 p.. Thursday night, mondaters will spring to life in virtual reality during Harry Potter’s Fantastic Beasts book night at the Bedford Public Library.
Virtual reality creates a world where things that are not real actually seem very real. For participants in this Harry Potter fan event, it will feel like stepping into a Harry Potter book. Those ages 9-17 are invited to register for the program. Registration may be made from the library events calendar at www.bedlib.org or by calling the library at (812) 275-4471.
Other events coming soon are Virtual Reality: Google Tilt Brush from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Feb. 6. Here is an opportunity for families or anyone of at least 8 years of age to test drive virtual reality and see what a completely different experience it offers. Participants will paint pictures in virtual reality. This is a drop-in program.
