INDIANAPOLIS— For the sixth year in a row, the Indiana Department of Revenue was named one of IndyStar’s 2024 Top Workplace Award winners, making it the agency’s 10th award for its culture, organizational health, and employee engagement.
DOR invites its team of nearly 700 Hoosiers to voluntarily provide anonymous feedback once a year for inclusion in state-level IndyStar and national surveys conducted by a national culture improvement organization.
Continuous listening to honest employee feedback sets the course for success at DOR by driving informed organizational improvement actions and helps the agency build and nurture a strong culture. Top Workplace USA has also nationally recognized DOR for four consecutive years. This year, DOR received special awards for compensation and benefits, innovation, leadership, purpose and values, and work-life flexibility.
“As part of our commitment to serve Indiana and the Hoosiers that count on us, our team has built an amazing culture that is at the foundation of our success. This recognition represents our entire team, and it fuels our passion to keep it going,” stated Commissioner Bob Grennes.
