(BEDFORD) - Two people were arrested at the Budget Inn on Tuesday morning after Bedford Police received a tip of possible drug activity.
According to Bedford Police Chief Dennis Parsley says, police received an anonymous tip about a vehicle headed to the Budget Inn and possible drugs in that vehicle.
"Officers set up and waited for the vehicle arrive," Chief Parsley says. "When the vehicle pulled up, officers approached and asked for identification."
The officers received consent to search the vehicle and found two digital scales and both test positive of meth residue.
Police arrested 25-year-old Shandon Woods, of 79 Robin Hood Lane and 35-year-old Joshua Early on charges of possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
