(SAN ANTONIO, TX) - U.S. Air Force Airman Hannah N. Willis graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Airmen who complete basic training also earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Willis is the daughter of Dawn R. Hodges of Munster, Ind., and Jeff L. Willis of Palmyra, step-daughter of Jerry L. Jackson of Louisville, Ky., sister of Chastene R. Rogers of Indianapolis; granddaughter of Virginia and Jerold Jackson of Bloomington, and niece of Vickie Rushing of Martinsville, and cousin of Andrew Rushing of Bloomington.
She is a 2014 graduate of Lowell High School, Lowell, Ind.
