(ELNORA) - A Beech Grove, Indiana woman has been referred to a local mental health facility following an incident Tuesday afternoon at North Daviess Elementary School.
The Daviess County Sheriff's Office says 53-year-old Desiree Munz came to the school to seek information on her children.
However, authorities say Munz has no children enrolled in the North Daviess Community School System.
A sheriff's deputy who was on duty at the school escorted Munz out of the school.
During a conversation, she identified herself as a federal agent and demanded to see her kids.
Charges of Impersonating a Public Official and Criminal Trespass will be forwarded to the Daviess County Prosecutor for review.
Back on October 3rd, 2017 the Daviess County Sheriff's Office had an incident with Munz camping out all night at an Odon Business.
She was given a trespass warning and transported back home to Indianapolis.
