(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man was arrested Thursday afternoon on a warrant accusing him of kicking a Mitchell Police officer.
Police arrested 25-year-old Gregory Pannell of Bedford on charges of battery on a police officer resulting in injury, resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct.
According to a Lawrence County Superior Court I probably cause affidavit, on Jan. 10, Pannell grabbed officer Nick Crulo by his head and by his groin and kicked him. Officer Crulo suffered a busted lip.
Pannell was released from the Lawrence County Jail after posting a $2,005 cash bond.
