(UNDATED) - Meet a representative from the local Area Agency on Aging at one of the May IU Health Community Health Alzheimer’s Resource Service Caregiver University events in Lawrence and Monroe counties.
Learn about the agency, its programs and services and how the public can access these resources.
"Area Agencies on Aging are an important resource for people who are aging or are living with various health conditions including dementia," said Dayna Thompson, MS, LMHC of the Alzheimer's Resource Service. "Knowing what these services are and how to access them is important for anyone who is living with dementia and their caregivers."
The Alzheimer's Resource Service team provides Caregiver University sessions at no cost to participants, but registration is required due to space limitations.
