(BEDFORD) - The Lawrence County Art Association has scheduled two art classes for late spring and summer.
Classes will be held at the Wiley Art Gallery, 14th and J streets, Bedford.
The first class beginning May 1, will covers oil or acrylic painting and is being taught by acclaimed artist Tricia Hillenburg. The class will meet for four sessions on Tuesdays from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. Classes dates are May 1, 8, 15 and 22. The cost is $60.
A second course, focusing on exploring, understanding and using color in artwork will be taught on Wednesday, June 6th, 13th, 20th by instructor Deb Weld, a graduate of the Art Institute of Chicago from 10 a.m. until Noon. The cost is $30.
Both courses are open to the public with limited enrollment.
