Police: Toby Garrison Has Been Found

(BEDFORD) - Bedford Police reported that Toby Garrison was located alive in Monroe County early this morning.

Earlier: Bedford Police were looking for 17-year-old Toby Garrison.

Toby is 5 feet 9 inches tall, 188 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen on Saturday, April 7th, wearing blue jeans, white shirt, a brown Carhart jacket, boots and red beanie.
