(BEDFORD) - A Bedford woman was arrested after a Bedford Police officer spotted her driving on a suspended driver’s license on Wednesday night.
Police stopped 61-year-old Sherry Neeley at Washington Avenue and 24th Street at 7:36 p.m.
Bedford Police Chief Terry Moore says the officer found Neeley with a Xanax and Oxycodone pill, both a Schedule II controlled substance and a Januvia pill which is a legend drug, marijuana and a syringe.
Neeley was arrested on charges of driving while driver's license suspended with prior convictions, possession of a legend drug, two counts of possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, unlawful possession of a syringe and possession of marijuana.
