(BEDFORD) - A Mitchell woman complained of neck pain after an accident at US 50 and M Street on Thursday morning.
According to a Bedford Police report, 59-year-old Rhonda Guy was stopped at the stop light in the northbound lane of M Street when the light turned green and Guy drove her 2013 Ford FSE into the intersection.
According to witnesses at the scene, Guy's vehicle was struck by a 1994 Ford F-150 driven by 18-year-old Chad Baxter, who failed to stop for the red light.
Police say Baxter was traveling eastbound on US 50 when the light turned red.
Guy complained of neck pain and was taken by an IU Health Hospital ambulance to IU Health Hospital for treatment.
Baxter was not injured.
