(JACKSON CO.) - A joyride through the fields in Hamilton Township turned out to be a ticket to jail for two Seymour men.
The Jackson County Sheriff's Deputies responded to County Road 400 East after the property owner reported vehicles plowing through his fields.

Police say 47-year-old Douglas Toborg and 45-year-old Gregory Warner were taking turns joy riding through the fields.
Deputies stopped the pair near County Road 400 East and County Road 550 North.
Warner was arrested without incident and charged with criminal mischief and criminal recklessness.
Toborg had to be subdued after resisting arrest. He was charged with driving with a suspended driver's license, criminal mischief, criminal recklessness, driving while intoxicated, and resisting arrest resulting in an injury to an officer.
Both were transported to the Jackson County Jail.
