(BEDFORD) - Have you ever wondered how geodes are formed or questions how Indiana limestone is different from limestone anywhere else? What were the kaolin mines in Huron?
Then bring your questions and learn about the wealth of minerals, fossils and rocks beneath our feet to learn about Geology of Lawrence County on Tuesday, June 26th at Wilson Park.
The event will begin at 6 p.m. in the Wilson Park Shelter on Denson Avenue.
Nelson Shafter will present speak at the program.
