(BEDFORD) - The Lawrence County Republican Central Committee will hold a special caucus Monday, June 18th to fill the opening on the ballot for the Marion Township Advisory Board.
The caucus will be at 6 p.m. at 903 W Main St, Mitchell, IN 47446 - Marion Township Trustee Office.
Interested republican candidates in good standing must file a notarized declaration of candidacy (State Form CEB-5 found on the Secretary of State website at http://www.in.gov/sos/ and at the Lawrence County Voter Registration Office) and submit a letter of interest to Chairman Chris May no later than 72 hours before the caucus. Candidacy forms may be notarized at the Lawrence County Voter Registration Office.
No candidacy forms will be accepted after the deadline.
All forms are available online at the Indiana Secretary of State website and the Lawrence County Voter Registration Office.
