(MITCHELL) - The Mitchell Police Department continues to be proactive in the fight against drugs.

Here is the Department's arrest activity for the month of May 2018.

• 582 Total Charges
• 260 Felony Charges
• 158 Misdemeanor Charges
• 79 Arrest Warrants Served
• 10 Traffic Citations
• 75 Local Ordinance Citations
• $836 in Drug Currency Seized
• 31.65 Grams of Methamphetamine Seized
• 16.9 Grams of Marijuana Seized
• 1.05 Grams of Cocaine Seized
• 0.30 Grams of Heroin Seized

Officers arrested 30 people on preliminary drug charges
