(BEDFORD) - One adult and three teenagers were arrested after police were called to Subway for a medical emergency on Monday night.
The Bedford Police Department was alerted at 7:13 a.m. that a teenage girl, who was intoxicated, had passed out inside of Subway.
The employee told officers that those involved asked them not to call for help and then left the store before medical crews or an officer arrived. The employee told police the four left in a white Subaru.
A Bedford officer stopped the vehicle at 16th Street and Central Avenue.
Police cited the driver, 20-year-old Hunter Moore of Springville, for driving left of center. He was also issued a summons to appear in court on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
His passengers, two 15-year-old males and a 14-year-old female, were all released to their parents and issued a summons to appear in court on a charge of public intoxication.
One male is also facing charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
