(WASHINGTON) - Beginning Monday, July 23rd, and running through Saturday, July 28th, Bill Dobson Ford in Washington will be hosting an event to raise money to help fund school lunch programs in Daviess, Knox, Pike and Martin counties.
One in five students in Indiana do not have enough food to eat.
During this event, Bill Dobson Ford will contribute $100 for every new or used vehicle sold, to local school lunch programs.
The auto dealer is inviting you to participate by supporting this cause with a contribution of your own to help it reach its goal of collecting $10,000.
With the average price of a school lunch in Indiana around $2, achieving the goal would pay for 5,000 school lunches.
