(BEDFORD) - The BNL Scholarship Foundation 50th Anniversary was a great success all thanks to the businesses and individuals involved in the event according to board member Mary Nell Boyer.
The Bedford North Lawrence Scholarship Foundation Board released the following statement:
The Bedford North Lawrence Scholarship Foundation Board would like to thank the following businesses and individuals for their generosity in making the 50th Anniversary Celebration a tremendous success. Nearly 400 people enjoyed an evening of celebration which was complimentary through the generosity of 52 Sponsors.
The crowd was amazed at how the BNL Scholarship Foundation through the generosity of over 200 Donors over the past 50 years have contributed faithfully to the success of over 5,000 students in excess of $6,000,000 in scholarships.
Through their personal experiences this fact was reemphasized at the Celebration by Jamie Medlock, Scott Buttz and Ken Bowersox.
