Men's D South State Set For August 3-5

(BEDFORD) - The Men’s D South State will be held August 3-5 at Murray Park in Bedford.

Bedford Parks Department Recreation Director Gary Dorsett says if enough teams enter they will play Friday night and on Sunday, so be prepared.

Tourney advances to D National in Evansville Aug 31-Sept 3rd.

The winner of state receives a paid berth to D National.

If you played in D North State you can only play with that team in this tourney.

Indiana ASA bat standard in effect, on site bat testing balls provided.

There is no gate fee and no alcoholic beverages are allowed in or around playing areas.

Entry Fee is $315 and deadline to register a team is August 1.

Teams can enter at TUSA http://asp.tournamentusasoftball.com. This is part of Worth Power Series and double points.
