(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington man was arrested on a charge of child molesting.
Police were called to the 500 block East Graham Place, at 9:33 p.m. Saturday, on a report that a 13-year-old female had been sexual assaulted.
Officers arrested 36-year-old Matthew S. Courter. He was booked into the Monroe County Jail at 2:43 a.m. and is being held on a $20,500 bond.
The girl's boyfriend called the police after the girl reportedly texted him saying she was uncomfortable with Courter's actions.
