(CORTLAND) - Jackson County Sheriff’s Department report four people were killed in a crash late Saturday night near Cortland.
Police were called to a two-vehicle accident on State Road 258 at 11:08 p.m., according to a press release from Jackson County Officer J.L. McElfresh.
No other information has been released at this time. The accident remains under investigation.
Two medical helicopters were called to the scene and transported the injured.
Assisting at the scene were Jackson County Deputy Mitch Ray and Detectives Bob Lucas and Tom Barker, Brownstown Police and Seymour police officers, Hamilton Township Volunteer Fire Department first responders, Jackson County EMS.
