(MITCHELL) - The Board of Trustees of Mitchell Community Schools will meet Thursday, August 9th at 5:30 p.m. in Executive Session.

The agenda:

Discussion with respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6 (6)
To discuss job performance evaluations of individual employees as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(9).
Discussion with respect to collective bargaining as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.56.1(b)-(2)(A).
To receive information about prospective employees as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(5).
