(CRYSTAL) - Two Dubois residents were injured when their motorcycle collided with a deer east of Crystal, just after 9 a.m. Sunday morning.
According to a Dubois Sheriff's Department report, 54-year-old Timothy Lagenour was traveling north on County Road 900 East on a 1995 Kawasaki motorcycle about a half a mile north of State Road 56 when the motorcycle collided with a deer.
Lagenour and his female passenger, 35-year-old Shawn R. Fox, were injured. They were transported by ambulance to Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center. Fox was treated and released.
Lagenour was then flown by helicopter to St. Vincent in Evansville where he is listed in fair condition.
Lagenour was cited for driving while his driver's license was suspended.
The police reports states the motorcycle was totaled.
Assisting at the scene were first responders with the Dubois Volunteer Fire Department, Memorial Hospital Emergency Medical Services and a Uebelhor & Sons wrecker service.
