According to Bloomington Police, around 9 a.m. Sunday, a woman walking her dog in the 2700 block of North Kinser Pike heard a car horn. She investigated and found a woman trapped inside a vehicle.
Police say the woman's drivers door was damaged and would not open. The other doors wouldn't open because of the vegetation trapping the woman inside.

Residents in the area told police they heard a car horn, but didn't think much of it, dismissing it as a car alarm sounding.
