(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington Police officers are investigating an incident that left one man with non-life threatening injuries.
Police responded to the Arlington Valley Mobile Home Park after receiving a 911 call from a neighbor in the 1600 block of North Willis Drive around 11 p.m. reporting they heard gunshots.
According to Lt. John Kovach, a 39-year-old man forced his way into a mobile home and began firing a gun. Police are searching for that man - who fled the scene in a vehicle before police arrived.
Police say the shooting stemmed from a domestic dispute.
A 35-year-old male in the home suffered a gunshot wound to his left hand and upper torso. He was treated and released at a local hospital. A 36-year-old woman and another female inside the home were not injured.
The shooting remains under investigation.
