(BLOOMFIELD) - Child molesting charges have been dropped against a Worthington man.
According to court records, Worthington Police arrested 48-year-old Mark Evans in December 2017 after police says he was accused of a sex offense with a minor.
He was charged on two felony counts of child molesting and two felony counts of child molesting fondling or touching a child under the age of 14.
On August 31, the state filed a motion to dismiss without prejudice and Judge Dean Martin granted that motion. The case was closed on Sept. 4th.
