(DAVIESS CO.) - Indiana State Police report seven people were injured over the weekend when a vehicle struck an Amish horse and buggy on County Road 650 East, about a half-mile north of County Road 200 North in Daviess County.
Troopers say a 17-year-old driver was headed southbound when their vehicle veered left of center and struck the northbound horse and buggy and another northbound vehicle.
The buggy flipped in the crash, throwing the passengers out.
One of the victims was a woman who was nine months pregnant. The baby was delivered at the hospital but did not survive.

There were also two additional juveniles who were injured. Their names will not be released.
The accident remains under investigation.
