(UNDATED) - Firearm deer hunting season kicks off Saturday and runs for 16 days until December 2.
Indiana Conservation officers are reminding hunters to have fun but follow the rules.
From small game to trophy bucks, there is a lot of information to track when it comes to the do's and don'ts of the 2018-2019 Indiana hunting season, and each potential target comes with its own dates and limits.
To ensure that Hoosiers are adhering to rules of wild, here is what you need to know about this season of hunting and trapping, courtesy of the Indiana Department of Natural Resources.
Hunting locations can be found using the DNR's interactive "Where to Hunt" map.
Deer hunting hours are half an hour before sunrise to a half an hour after sunset.
