(BLOOMINGTON) - A Gosport man was arrested after police received several complaints of a man masturbating inside his parked car in the 100 block of North Gates Drive.
Bloomington Police officers responded to the scene at 2:09 p.m. Friday.
There they witnessed the man inside the vehicle drinking a beer and touching himself. The man offered no explanation for his actions, according to a police report.
Police arrested the 35-year-old Gosport man on a preliminary misdemeanor charge of public indecency.
