(MITCHELL) - Stroll through the Pioneer Village Friday, December 7th, and Saturday, December 8th, to experience an 1800’s Christmas and visit with Father Christmas.
The festivities will begin on Friday, December 7th, at 5 p.m. and on Saturday, December 8th at 1 p.m.
Children can share their holiday wishes until 9 p.m. on Friday and 8 p.m. on Saturday.
After 6:30 p.m. each night in the village, the Tavern will serve visitors a free hot cup of wassail and fresh Christmas cookies while sitting by the fire while supplies last.
Bedford Dulcimer will perform Christmas favorites both nights at the Weaver's kitchen.
Becky Skillman and the Apple Seed Band will perform on Friday from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Grist Mill. On Saturday, visitors can enjoy a performance by Wildflowers and Weeds at the Grist Mill.
On Saturday morning (December 8th) children can have breakfast with Santa at the Inn in the Lakeview Room from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m.
Breakfast will include pancakes, French toast, biscuits and gravy, hashbrowns, sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, fruit, yogurt, and assorted danishes.
The cost - Adults $12, Children (4-10) $7 and children three and under eat for free.
