(FRENCH LICK) - A fire destroyed The Wolf’s Den on Maple Street in French Lick this morning.

The fire at the bar and restaurant in downtown French Lick was reported around 6 a.m. Three fire departments responded.

Firefighters had the fire out by 10:30 a.m.
French Lick police officers shut down Highway 56 because motorists were driving over one of the fire hoses.

No one was hurt while battling the blaze.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
