(INDIANAPOLIS) - If you’d like season tickets to see the Colts, be prepared to pony up some more dough.
The team has announced it'll raise prices for home games in 2007. In the meantime, the waiting list for season tickets has expanded from 9,000 at mid-season to more than 13,000.
Larry Hall is Vice President of Ticket Sales and says the demand for Colts tickets has reached proportions similar to the Green Bay Packers, with families now willing their season tickets down through generations.
Hall says those on the waiting list shouldn't get discouraged. He says people who already have season tickets are often asking for upgrades to their seats, meaning there will be some openings.
So far, the team has seen a 98 percent retention rate for season ticket renewal. Anyone wanting to get on the waiting list can do so at www.colts.com
