(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indianapolis Colts were busy on Wednesday, re-signing three of their own free agents while losing another.
Restricted free agent guard Ryan Lilja and linebacker Gilbert Gardner signed their one-year contracts. Both had been offered one-year tenders as restricted free agents.
Lilja has been a starter at left guard for the past two seasons. Gardner began the 2006 season as a starter at outside linebacker but was later replaced in the lineup by Rob Morris.
Unrestricted free agent defensive tackle Dan Klecko and defensive end Bo Schobel have come to terms on one-year contracts. Klecko came to the Colts last season as a free agent from New England and also played fullback on offense, catching two touchdown passes including one in the AFC Championship game against his former team. Schobel is a backup who spent much of his time on special teams.
Defensive tackle Montae Reagor agreed to a three-year, eight-point-25-million dollar deal with the Philadelphia Eagles. Reagor missed the Colts final eleven regular-season games and all of the postseason due to injuries suffered in a traffic accident. The Colts terminated his contract on March 1st.
