(CHICAGO, IL) - The Big Ten Conference tournament quarterfinals get underway later this afternoon at the United Center with both Indiana teams in action.
The fifth-seeded Purdue Boilermakers are the first of the Indiana schools in action when they tip-off against the fourth-seeded Iowa Hawkeyes. The 20-and-10 Boilers need to at least beat Iowa or their NCAA tournament hopes could take a serious blow.
Meanwhile, the third-seeded Indiana Hoosiers are in the nightcap against sixth-seeded Illinois. The 22-and-10 Illini earned the right to play the 20-and-9 Hoosiers with a 66-to-60 win over Penn State.
