(UNDATED) - Indiana, Purdue and Notre Dame will spend this week getting ready for their conference tournaments.
Indiana and Purdue received first-round byes and will open play in the Big Ten Tournament on Friday at the United Center in Chicago. The Boilers have the number-five seed and take on fourth-seeded Iowa on Friday afternoon. The Hawkeyes won the lone meeting between the two schools during the Big Ten season, beating Purdue by 19 in Iowa City on February 21st.
The Hoosiers are the number-three seed and take on the winner of Thursday's Illinois - Penn State game late Friday night. The Hoosiers split their two games with the sixth-seeded Illini while sweeping a pair of games with the eleventh-seeded Nittany Lions.
Once the dust settled Sunday afternoon in the Big East, the fighting Irish earned the number-four seed and a first-round bye in the conference tournament. The Irish open tournament play on Thursday afternoon against the winner of Wednesday's Syracuse - Connecticut game.
Notre Dame did not play UConn during the regular season while they beat the orange 103-91 at the carrier dome on January 30th.
