(BUFFALO, NY) - The Indianapolis Indians scored nine runs in the top of the third and held off the Buffalo Bisons 10-9 to gain a split in their four-game series.
Rajai Davis hit a three-run homer, Luis Ordaz had a two-run triple and Brad Eldred added a two-run single in the Indians' big inning.
Brad Snyder went 3-for-3 with a solo homer and three runs batted in for the Bisons.
John Van Benschoten allowed four earned runs over six innings to pick up the win, improving to 4-and-3.
Aaron Laffey took the loss, giving up ten runs on twelve hits in two and two-thirds innings of work to drop to 0-and-2.
