(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Rajai Davis, Jose Hernandez and Luis Matos drove in two runs apiece as the Indianapolis Indians defeated the Syracuse Chiefs 9-7.
Michael Tejera picked up his first win of the season, allowing a run on two hits over five innings of work.
Indianapolis scored seven runs in the bottom of the seventh to put the game out of reach.
Ryan Roberts hit a two-run homer for Syracuse. the Indians have won the first two games of the four-game series.
Game three is tonight at Victory Field.
